• Gopi Sweets does not take title of returned items.

• Refunds, if approved, are provided as store credit or coupon code only (cash refunds not provided).

• Cancellations or refunds are at the sole discretion of Gopi Sweets.

• Once an order is processed for dispatch, cancellation is not permitted.

9. Domestic Shipping Policy

• Orders are shipped via registered courier or postal service.

• Dispatch typically occurs within 3–5 working days or as per agreed delivery date.

• Gopi Sweets is not liable for delays caused by couriers or postal services.

• Delivery will be to the registered address unless specified otherwise at time of order.
