9. Cancellation, Returns, Refunds & Title

• Gopi Sweets does not take title to returned items.

• Refunds or cancellations are at the sole discretion of Gopi Sweets.

• Refunds will be issued as store credit or coupon code; cash refunds are not provided.

• Once the order is processed for dispatch, cancellation is not allowed.

10. Domestic Shipping Policy

• Orders for domestic buyers are shipped via registered courier or Postal Service.

• Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days, or as per agreed delivery date.

• Gopi Sweets is not liable for delays caused by the courier or postal service.

• Delivery is made only to the registered address unless otherwise specified.
